Roast turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Delish That is what I had for lunch. In a whole wheat tortilla rolled. With Harry and David's relish of onion and sweet peppers. Hard to beat, eh? Sure is! |

Leftover Beef Stroganoff will be dinner tonight. Pretty much guaranteed to be better than the first round, just the way it goes with a dish of that sort...now 4 days later...not so much. I continued making family batches after the kids departed...I learned my lesson and scaled it back for a few years...now I am back to making big batches, but I call one of the kids to come by and pick up dinner-to-go. It is a treat for them, and it is just as easy to make a big batch...making a small batch seems to not make sense. The grandkids really like Papa's fixings' |

Took my wife out for sushi. We tried a relatively new place in Lansing, MI. We went for their $29.95 all you can eat option. AYCE covered a full menu. Appetizers were personal sized with two pieces. Kitchen items were also included. A pretty good deal and the food was good. We'll return there sometime.
