Innards feeling some better? For the most part. Still not on the square and level. It seems I will have problems from the surgery. A low fiber diet seems the most tolerable but that is counter intuitive. Whatever works.

Frozen pizza, (after it was cooked) I lived down the street from this pie shop when I was a teen into my 40s. We ate a lot of pies from there and they are very good. Especially the fresh strawberry cream. Never camped out or even stood in line for more than 20 minutes, but a lot of people do it every Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. texashighways.com/food-drink/flying-saucer-pie-company-is-out-of-this-world/

Tonight will be chicken and lentil soup and some tea. Working on a cold so a shot or two of Nyquil will be dessert.

Seafood chili relleno and a seafood salad on the side. That would be a nice take on the relleno. It's good. I get it often. It's stuffed with shrimp, crawfish and langostino with cheese and topped with suizas sauce.

Hope you head that one off at the pass, Scott, Nyquil is the Stonehaven of cold and flu remedies. When I start to feel lousy (head, nose, throat), i get done with work, take two shots of nyquil when I am sure I dont need to drive or anythig, make a cup of tea and lay under the blankets. Im glad to say I feel abiut 50% better today but will repeat the process tonight

I never heard of City Chicken until I married my wife who is from Erie, PA. Not something we had out west in California. Chicken was always the bird. I have had it since and it is good eating.
