Lunch was two red chile pork tamales with pinto beans and a glass of milk. Made by the tamale king of Albuquerque which were a gift.
Breakfasted upon a toasted bagel with my own smoked salmon spread.

Leftover boneless pork ribs chunks, peas for me, beets for her, and a shared nuked potato. Our daughter stopped by earlier for a quick chat and also dropped off a couple of pieces of chocolate fudge brownie cake. Can I just go right to the dessert part now?

Mine came too. The everything bagels smell wonderful. They don't come with instructions, they come with RULES! The flyer that they sent with the shipment says that they will get hard if left out for 72 hours. The link is worded exactly the same but says that: Everything that we do not eat in two days were bagged and put into the freezer.

I received $180.00 in Benihana gift cards, I ate there once in the 1980’s, but don’t remember much about the experience, and I have not eaten a lot of Japanese foods.
Wondering if anyone has eaten there recently, and if there are dishes that stand out as being excellent?

Had Beef Wellington at my daughter's house with a wonderful vegetable medley, loaded potato skins and garlic sourdough, all was really good. She said that she followed a Gordon Ramsay recipe on the Beef, it was phenomenal. www.gordonramsay.com/gr/recipes/beef-wellington
