Breakfast sausage, cheesy scrambled eggs, and a couple of homemade biscuits are on the way. Oh, and a small bowl of blueberries. Can't forget those.

Looks good, but kind of expensive. I've had the CBH from Katzs deli and I much prefer the Mary Kitchen to the fresh made.

Did the “veggie” supply run y’day and got what I needed for the stew. Came home and did a lot of cutting and adding the big (2 gallon) stew pot, which is full to the top. The meat was so tender it fell apart. Added celery, potatoes, onions, carrots, bok choy, water chestnuts, raisins, black beans , snap beans, and many spices, including celery salt, etc. Simmered it for several hours and then put it outside overnight, at 19° or so. It never completely froze. Started simmering it again early this morning. Might have the first test bowl sometime today. Frankenstew!

Lunch was the last of the pork ribs in sauerkraut and apples. Gotta make more and soon. So great. Almost the same thing here for dinner.... leftover boneless pork ribs, sauerkraut, with potato chunks, and carrot slices.

Two basic Arbys roast beef no sauce, curley fries & a pecan mini-pie. Cannot dine-in, just drive- thru. Just some re-heat, melted butter on fries. $5 for all not bad

Ham and eggs with grits. What could be better? They could be green! You could eat them in a box or with a fox! 😅
