Earlier, store brand frosted mini-wheats & mixed nuts, to brunch of (3) same toaster pancakes one cycle, add couple sausage links, nuke to usual plateful of mess. That & k-cup cocoa, to back room, eat & to the papers & snail-mail

Snoozie next, then chicken pieces bake, 1-cup mix vegs, a few sweet taters mixed in. Eat at TV, newsfeeds. Store brand tea & choco cookies later, Jeopardy for company

Lunch on the road at El Parasol in Pojoaque, NM. Shredded beef and bean red chile burrito. They are a great place to eat if in the area. Just a little road side place, nicely kept with excellent food.

Supper was Nancy's Grass Fed Whole Milk Yogurt which is high probiotic and about the best yogurt ever with blackberries and a banana. Need them probiotics after all the antibiotics of the past several days.

Breakfast was a New Yorker Pumpernickel Bagel with the last of the smoked salmon shcmeer I made last week. I am going to make more but with smoked herring, also great.

Defrosted the beef pot roast from last week. Will simmer it in the red chile, wine and stock gravy also from last week. Parish Rice from Louisiana. I am off vegetables for a low fiber diet. Allowed only carrots which were in the pot with the roast or green beans.
