There is a popular product in NE Texas, Pitsburg hot links. They make them sound wonderful, but I have this thing about reading the ingredients.
Don't read unless you want to kill your appetite.
Beef Salivary Glands, Lymph Nodes and Fat, Water, Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Salt, Textured Soy Flour, Spices, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate Natural Pork Casings Used.

Ron from their own story. They are just as greasy and just as delicious as always. Being described as East Texas Caviar, East Texas Hot Links, Comfort Food and just down right Delicious, one thing is for certain- if you ever try them you will begin to crave them... even if you don't quite like them at first. They will grow on you.

That modified hash of mine. For those who were not paying attention: Mary Kitchen Corned Beef Hash to which diced broccoli, Parish Rice , and red lentils. Topped with two poached eggs. Pot of tea, some Scottish Breakfast blend. Speaking of Scots, I have an order in with Jolly Posh. Scottish Lorne sausage and Haggis included. Yearning for Haggis in my dotage. Also Cornish Pastry, a meat pie of sorts, and a steak and kidney pie. That will require Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout to wash down.

Two poached eggs with a vegan sausage patty, good enuf without the pork. Hash Browns and baked beans in small portions. Pot of tea. NO SUGAR! Cancer loves sugar for cell reproduction. So all my sugars in the cupboard went out the door.
