Bueno brand frozen enchiladas atop a fried chicken thigh dusted in corn meal. Zucchini, rice and beans. I can skip the Bueno enchiladas in the future. Not worth the price. There has to be another company making decent ones.

Rogers. My G-gather’s birthplace. Nice place, nice people. They are afraid of being replaced by west coast weirdos, and we saw it happening. For a while in the '90s they were worried about being replaced by Klan weirdos. |

Usual munchies of mixed nuts & store brand frosted mini-wheats for now. Brunch with the gals the same as always, easy prep, easy cleanup then to "adult" activities

To be usual "lite" after big brunch. (2) toasted/buttered English muffins, store brand crunchy p.butter & grape jelly. Later, usual tea/cookies later

Snow's New England Clam Chowder with extra clam broth, canned clams, sherry, butter, and diced scallions. Just a cup for now. Stomach feels OK which I am thankful for.

You guys remember Eddie Murphey talking about skillet burgers as a kid. Well that's what I had for dinner after putting on wrist bands so the grease would not dip off my elbows now that is the way a burger ought to be.

Michael Angelo's Eggplant Parmesan with a pan seared chicken thigh. Zucchini sauteed in EVOO with garlic. I have to hand to Michael. He makes a good product. I do not know if he is still with the company he started with his mother. I knew them both long ago. In any case, they have held the line on quality.
