Two eggs, Spam Lite, hash brown potato patty, cauliflower patty. All but the eggs cooked in the air fryer. Came out better than the skillet. Tomorrow I will try adding the eggs to the air fryer in a small iron skillet. I like this as I can walk away and deal with other chores while the food cooks.

Lunch was a cup of Andersen's Split Pea Soup and two small sliced roast beef and Cotswold Cheddar sandwiches. I thought they looked as good as they tasted.  |

To be fish fillets & regular fries bake, 1-cup store brand mix vegs nuke. Later, ice cream cone, has some crushed p.nuts, NXT rassling for entertainment

For lunch, ribeye steak ranchero style with red chile and cheese, corn on the cob, and a Soapapilla… one for me one to travel to the wife…. Long distance Uber eats for her! The Navajo rugs are simply amazing in detail, a nice one I like is 69K! A really nice one hangs in the restaurant… probably 20’X 12’?
