To make myself soon a patty-melt & cup of mix vegs, store brand tea & choco cookies later. Looking out front window, seems even windier than before, little if any traffic, total white-out, street light very fait
Ed-glad got groceries done earlier

Chicken tenders from the local fried chicken place because there's no place in town to get a decent chicken fried steak.😭

Well, they aren't going to consider having to drive 20 miles to get a CFS a hardship in Texas. 😣 And we knew this was a blighted area when we moved here. There was a great restaurant though back then. Still beautiful though.

Me and the ninja chihuahua are sharing some sea salted pork rinds as a late night snack. CFS and BBQ are about three miles away in opposite directions.

Brunch alone as outside conditions won't let go to ol' gals place, just zero visibility. Store brand 3-toaster pancakes one cycle. Add 2 sausage patties, nuke to plateful of mess. Probably something worth my time to watch while at TV. Fulla food as always, leads to snoozie

The wife spent yesterday at her sister's, making cookies with all the good stuff that didn't get used at Christmas...so I'm having a Hello Dolly...only one, but it's a doozie!

Air fried cod, boiled new potatoes and mixed vegetables. 23° and cloudy, real feel 12. Took the dog out a couple of times and the b&tch just looked around like it was spring. Screaming "do your business" didn't help at all.

Leftover Thai from a couple of nights ago.
Tonight, a return to the pork ribs in sauerkraut. They have been soaking together for a long time and out to be pretty good by now. I added fresh kraut a couple of days ago.

Bertolli Sausage and Rigatoni… I think that they have the best quick meals, and they regularly go on sale for $5.
The pork shoulder is being finished off in the oven after being smoked. I learned the hard way not to plan a brisket or pork butt for same day dining, unless you want to be up all night the night before.
