Sorry I misread. It appeared that you were taxed on a purchase by the state on a purchase. and a separate tax on tobacco. Glad to move on…. Yup two different taxes.

Roxie drank some water last night and some more this morning. She won't stay in her bed instead laying about two feet away on the carpet behind my office chair. Still a no go on any type of food. I talk to her but she just stares straight ahead. I know she likes to hide under the couch but we blocked all that off. Momma had to go into work to use the secure server and the skies are grey with a threat of rain 50F in the swamp y'all have the best day you can. Sorry to be negative Nancy.

Don't worry about it, you're not being negative. Just do the best that you can for Roxie. Can you get her to the vet?

Shortly heading to Santa Fe and the Northern New Mexico Regional Cancer Center to see my Orinthologist. I can never remember what that MD is called. Some kind of weird mental block, I assume. So, I refer to him thusly. Nice scenic trip and I am grateful to be driven by a friend so I can enjoy the Winter scenery. Fresh snow all the way. The only disappointment is he will not let me buy lunch at one of Santa Fe;s fantastic and affordable restaurants. He is the driver. I might induce him to stop at El Parasol for a take away Burrito. Perhaps the best in New Mexico. Pojoaque location. Their Carne Asada Burritos are excellent. Ditto their Puerco y Guacamole Burritos. Their Biscochitos are not to be missed even when on a sugar restricted diet.

Went with wife at a big nursery down the road, good plants and prices, surprised how busy they are, buying more cherry tomatoes, they make more and are easier to raise. Abbevile patterned after a town is France is growing outside on the bypass, in town not so much, town square is where I used to smoke. Here it is

Your right but I know any ologist means more money. Most doctors I see these days are ologists. Anything else is mostly useless for my issues. I start with an Internist who's barely useful, but I have to have a primary for referrals. My DO Internist in Humble was great, one of the best doctors I have used.

Good thoughts for Roxie going out! From here also, Lizard At times like this I always wish for a reset button to give em back all those good years. Paying for all their love with the kind of pain that comes with their ending seems so unfair. All our kids have been four-legged, and there's a whole bunch up in Heaven wondering when I'll get there, but my time wont be up until I'm unable to care for one down here...I'm hoping Sandy will outlive me, and Buster and I can ship out together. Tuck some memories of her "fun times" into a corner of your heart, my friend...it makes your heart bigger.

I am really bummed out but we found a needy dog that needs a memory foam bed and two nice blankets. The mattress was for Christmas and the blankets just came from the laundry. Roxie stayed over at her place when the wife flew to Boston we have a picture of them hanging out in the bed together. Probably throw in the nice rubber water bowl as well. Roxie never liked toys so none to pass along. The neighbor down the way is getting the Bordens sandwich cheese and recently opened Cure 81 sliced ham, Roxie was to good for dog food. The wife's friend who has small dogs so she gets the flea and tick collars and assorted leashes and what not. I would rather see these things given away to people who can get some use out of them. Yes the fifteen Lb ninja Chihuahua had a good life and I spoiled her to no end in her defense she was not a yapper or a barker but was a good protector and she would always share treats and what not with her quests. I found her on the walking path all mauled up with wounds showing her muscles .She was so small she could fit in the palm of my hand. It took several months for the skin to heal while she drank whole cream and drank my coffee. I will especially miss our nightly sharing a cookie time and her sleeping on my foot and playing lets fight daddy. I have had many dogs over the years but none with as much personality.
