Before podcasts become my primary in car listen I listened to a ton of 40's on 4 which later changed to 40's junction. I liked XM when i had it just cant justify the expense when i have a ton of podcasts I listen to for free (outside of a few patreons im apart of) |

I liked XM when i had it just cant justify the expense when i have a ton of podcasts I listen to for free (outside of a few patreons im apart of) The experience of searching for a radio station as you make a long drive is largely a thing of the past, along with static. |

That's why our company cars all had 8 tracks as soon as they came out. As much trouble as they were,they made a huge difference when driving across Texas and Oklahoma. |

I saw Charlie Pride at the Conroe Ballroom in 67. Great show. All the cowgirls were throwing their panties on the stage,which he ignored and I thought was in really poor taste.
