I had planned on listening to 2112 in a few days but kept putting it off. We are the Priests of the Temples of Syrinx Our great computers fill the hallowed halls. Rather prophetic- We’ve taken care of everything The words you read The songs you sing The pictures that give pleasure To your eye One for all and all for one Work together Common sons Never need to wonder How or why

I’m listening to almost constant fireworks and gunshots and will be for at least five hours. Detroit doesn’t hold back on the 4th.

I have a record of the 1812 with howitzers. Besides being a really good version, it's a great tracking test for the turntable. Only the best cartridges can track it.

Just nailed down tickets for me, the wife, and daughter for The Alan Parsons Project on Sunday, Aug. 18th here in PHX.
Being a studio engineer on the Beatles Abbey Road, the show is always excellent.

I’ve never been able to like Neil Young as a person, but this song has held a special place for me since it came out. I saw him live about four or five years ago and I was looking forward to this song, but he messed up the lyrics to it. His own song. It was kind of a letdown.
