In the Mail: Several pouches of Sir Walter Raleigh Regular, all well kept by a judicious application of PG...not drenched, mind you, as many would attest. Also, I have a 2 pipe travel case and BJ Long regular pipe cleaners. Lastly, I'm acquiring a Decatur reamer kit.

8 tins of Peterson Deluxe Navy Rolls, I really did not need any more but at $100 for eight tins, I had to say what the heck. That came out to $13.72 per tin shipped to Arizona. From one of our pipe club members. “ Just an FYI, for anyone who enjoys Peterson Deluxe Navy Rolls, the current price runs around 22-23$ per tin. Upwards of 25-30 at Boswells and Iwanries. It is currently and quietly on sale at Pipes and Cigars for 14.98/tin. You can also use a coupon code to drive it down further. Keep it over 99$ and get free shipping as well. Coupon code PCPS2051 for 20$ off of $99 or more. Code PCPS2052A for 15% off orders over 75. You can score 8 tins for around 100 bucks.” www.pipesandcigars.com/product/peterson-de-luxe-navy-rolls/DHA-TP-1000.html

Five tins of and six tins of Looks interesting. I see that they both have wine toppings and that's something I can't handle. After befriending Jiminks I HAD to try the Edgar G Robinson tobacco blend and I just couldn't bring myself to like it. It's obviously a quality tobacco, but I just didn't get it. After I tried a couple of other wine topped blends, I understood why.

Personally, I blame Gypo , who sent me a link to a different estate pipe on SP and got me started looking. Also to blame is, of course, Lawitzke. And Pete. Actually, let's face it, you all share in the blame for this. You're no damn good, any of you. My mother would be ashamed of me for hanging out with any of you.

SP has two estate 1960s Dunhill DR G Billiards in stock for $2,600 each… I saw them and handled them in Chicago. I recommend them next for you. (DR G is an extremely rare high grade for those who don’t know Dunhill grading)

The Arizona summers took its toll on my plastic flytrap, so I replaced it...(you can also find this product at tractor supply store). A key ingredient in the water-soluble bail bags is Putrescent whole egg solids and it smells as bad as it sounds, but it turns the flies into horndogs checking into the one-way motel to fly hell. Pretty disgusting when it comes time to dump it....Many reviewers claim that it actually works too good. It only comes with one bait bag, which should easily last a month...but if you pull the trigger it might be good to buy more bait.www.amazon.com/dp/B000BQSF6E?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

It works great! We buy six packs of replacement bait packs. I think my wife gets them at Tractor Supply Company. Yes, it stinks when you empty and rinse it, but it’s the best fly trap we have ever tried around the horses. I can even smell the bait packs. They stay outside until used.

It's good to be back with my old standby. Do you have a certain blend you favor mostly? Apologies, if I asked you that question before.

So it smells. It would have to to attract the flies. My wife used to have a flower that did that and stank to high Heaven. We are surrounded by cows, yet I rarely see flys, maybe 3 a month. Only a couple of horse flies a year, but they are murder.

If we’re out with her and a horse fly starts bothering her, she will come over to us and present the part of her body that the horse fly is landing on. I can slap her to kill the fly and she doesn’t react to the slap because she knows it’s me killing the irritant.

Horse flys get fixated on a target and will chase it until one of them wins. Nasty little devils.

We don't really have a lot of flies but this tool really drags them into the jug….It feels good to just remove them from society.
If you really hated someone, a dissolved packet of the stuff would really make a nasty potion.
