Done working for the day. On the front porch with a bowl of Haunted Bookshop in the Monday cob. Rumble of thunder, should be getting some rain momentarily.

It’s warm and humid, I felt like switching up to something lighter. I’m smoking Former Private Flake in a TV churchwarden.

The rain has passed and I'm on the front porch with some Friar's Bayou in the barrel-shaped meerschaum. Lots of thunder and about a 1/4 inch of rain here. Other places nearby got much more, 1-2". That was enough for the experts to post a flood advisory for streams and small rivers.

[Russ's] Limerick Flake in the Nording Squat Dublin (not to be confused with a Dublin squat, which I think has something to do with pub food):

After-dinner smoke time. Haunted Bookshop in the Monday cob on the front porch. Another blob of weather headed our way. This one may chase me indoors.

It’s cooled off some but still humid and raining off and on. I’m sticking with lighter picks. This time it’s Reiner Golden Flake No. 71 in a Georg Jensen Gigant.

How does it smoke? Extraordinary with Virginias and thin cut flakes. Pretty mediocre for rougher cuts regardless of the blend.

Good Morning! It's already 68° here with a mostly cloudy sky and the high temperature should reach 87°. This afternoon I have to take my wife to the hospital wound care clinic for her continuing leg lymphedema treatment. Starting the smoking day with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the BBB Two Star Special smooth billiard and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop's tobacco table. Have a good one everybody!

Good Tuesday morning to all of the Patch. It's grey and overcast this morning, but the rain is staying off. Having a bowl of EM in the no-name bent pot, with large mug of coffee to pair. Hope you all have a good one guys!

Good Morning Again! It's now 64° here and it looks as if the sky will be clearing a bit soon. I just finished watching the 1953 detective movie "Vice Squad" with Edward G. Robinson. Smoking a bowl of Scottish Flake while occasionally sipping my coffee and it's time to check the headline news.

Happy Tuesday all. Smoking some Atalaya in a Dunhill Cumberland Billiard. It’s another foggy morning here but like yesterday it’s supposed to burn off and get warm later. I have a busy day with work today, I hope you all have a good one.

We have very dark, foreboding skies here, I think I just heard the first peal of thunder, ⚡. Going to have a bowl of Dark Flake in the Country Gentleman. Baton down the hatches.
