Good Morning! It's 63° with a cloudy sky and everything is wet from yesterday's rain here at dawn. This afternoon I have to take my wife to her Dr. appointment and we'll have dinner at our daughter's house this evening. Getting the smoking day going with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Amorelli smooth bent Three Star and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop tobacco table. Have a good one everybody!

Morning everyone, it's damp here also, from a much needed rain that came in the middle of the night. I'm starting with Blood Red Moon in a like new Kaywoodie apple from the late sixties, and the usual morning coffee.

Good Morning Again! It's 64° here and still cloudy. I just lit up a bowl of fresh Wessex Brown VA Flake in the MM General cobwarden while slowly sipping my coffee and watching another streaming video on YouTube.

Having a wonderful morning here in North Georgia. It's really comfortable outside right now, 74 degrees. The expected high is only going to reach around 84. Why that is almost fall weather here! Rain is expected today. I think I will be heading outside for pipes more than usual today. Started out this morning with Carter Hall in a Nording Valhalla (502) and right now, I don't think I will be changing it up today. Great smoke and a really nice, easy smoking pipe. Yeah, it's a pretty simple setup, both the tobacco and the pipe, but simple is often pretty nice. I hope everyone in the Patch is having a pleasant day today. Pipe on! ADDED: I'm thinking hard about ordering the same pipe in a 501, unless someone can convince me why I shouldn't.

Happy Thursday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Thursday cob and coffee on the front porch. It's 63, partly sunny, low humidity with a breeze off the lake. Only gonna get to 74 here. It'll be a good day to play in the garden.

I've also pressed my own. I don't detect any difference.

Had some MM Luminaire in one of my Pete deluxe system pipes. Don't know if I ever mentioned it, but I smoked some of that that you sent me. It seemed like it would benefit from some age, so I've got it resting for now.

Smoking sutliff vanilla custard up at the cigar lounge. An older pipe smoker came in and shared some tips with me. I like how pipe smokers so far have been friendly and helpful when I say I'm new to this.
