Good Sunday Morning! It's 73° with a cloudy sky here at first light. This afternoon I have an appointment with my barber (wife) for a haircut. Starting off the smoking day with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the BBB Two Star Special smooth billiard and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop tobacco table. Have a good one everybody!

Super Value Black & Gold, in my one and only Boswell, a big, thick walled freehand, with evening coffee on the way. That seems to be their specialty. Folks rave about them, so back in the eighties I went out and got one; the break-in period was so long that I don't think I have enough time left to do it again. I do enjoy it now that I'm older and have time for an armchair pipe, but I just don't think my purchase was well thought out. I won a nice chunk of money at work, in a sales contest, and you know what they say...easy come, easy go. .

Good morning, just getting in from a soggy, buggy dog walk. It’s rainy here this morning, and we’re due for some heavy weather this evening. Smoking some more Union Square in a Peterson bulldog. Have a good one all.

It's a pleasant 77°, breezy, with a partly cloudy, and bright sunshine out here on the deck. The neighborhood is quiet, too, making the time more enjoyable. Currently smoking a bowl of Scottish Flake in the MM Washington 5th Avenue cob and more coffee.

I just contacted Hugh Hefner again on an Ouija board and he said Mixture 79 wonderful and technically, every time you smoke a pipe, you are burning it. 😜 maybe thats why when I smoked this mixture 79 I feel the urge to get a red silk velvet bathrobe and a captains hat so did hugh 🤔🤣 The thing is that everything you smoke in that pipe from here forward will taste like M79. I don't think anything will remove that ghost.

I don't think anything will remove that ghost. I can see how this happens it is a very particular taste and it already has a little taste in the pipe when I draw on it with nothing in it. I am surprisingly enjoying it alot more than I thought I would. The blend is actually growing on me. Who would of thunk.. 😅

Happy Sunday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Sunday cob and coffee on the front porch. It's 60 degrees, sunny and breezy here, with low humidity. We'll be out and about this afternoon, enjoying this break from the heat and humidity.

You’re thinking of John Chomos. I haven’t made it to fcps for the past several months. Admittedly, John C. and I do look similar to each other.

Just finished a cobful of D&R Two Timer and now it's shower time.
We got in 7.5 miles this morning and I swear it was all uphill. Beautiful morning for a hike though.

OMG! Zarnicky smoking country Squire’s Black Arrow tobacco in Lorenzetti Emperor Titus pipe. I can’t telling you how delechious this is. Oh, give me but Virginia's weed, An earthen bowl, a stem of reed, What care I for the weather? Though winter freeze and summer broil, We rest us from our days of toil My Pipe and I together!

Haunted bookshop in my new savinelli Roma 606ks enjoying this beautiful Sunday the weather is perfect right now. The 606 is a wonderfully balanced pipe...I have an Estella 606ks, and it hangs from my kisser like it was tailor made for the job. Well done, I hope it gives you years of enjoyment.

Derby Club Aromatic in the Boswell, waiting for baby sister-in-law to get here with the Birthday supper she promised us earlier in the month...not sure what it'll be, but it'll be great! Sharon and I were born three years and one week apart, and we've had our share of ice cream and cake, but this is the first time anyone ever prepared and delivered a whole meal...the older we get, the more special we become.

Thank you, I liked the way it felt in my hand. After smoking it I enjoy this pipe it also fits good and is actually an easier clencher for me than the bings favorite when I am sitting. The angle works good I can even rest it on my chest while smoking if reclined back some 😎. Next pipe I buy I want to look for one with a smaller bowl for shorter duration smokes with out having to pack half bowls.
