Good Saturday Morning! It's 71° with a mostly clear sky here before first light, but clouds will begin to move in soon and some rain is in the forecast. This afternoon and I'll scan some postcards for my blog and watch a ballgame. Starting off the smoking day with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the BBB Freestyle smooth bent billiard and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop tobacco table. Have a great weekend everybody!

Going to pauls pipe shop later today with a few members from my club. It’s good to take a break from the internet now and then, especially if it means more time with the family!

I’m smoking Navigator in a Sasieni rusticated billiard. This is the largest bowl I own, so it’ll be a nice long smoke. It’s rainy here this morning, and I’ll probably just relax for most of the day. I hope you all have a good one!

Happy Saturday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Saturday cob and coffee on the front porch. It's 71, cloudy and breezy here. Might get rain this afternoon. Today is the Woodward Dream Cruise. A lot of classic car enthusiasts will be out for that, and might get a little wet. We'll be trolling our neighborhoods, as it's our community's annual city-wide garage sale.

No smokes for me tonight, watching two granddaughters in their home where mom and dad went out. It would be fine if I smoked, but they do not. Nice thing about pipe smoking… never a need for me, only a want. No big deal. I stopped taking a pipe to other peoples homes a while back; even if nobody complains, you never know if they're just being polite to you. My oldest in-laws both smoke cigarettes in their garage, and on our last visit, when asked where my pipe was my reply was your exact words " I never smoke a pipe cause I need one, only when I want one...leaving it home is no big deal"

Good Evening! It's 85°, very humid, breezy, and we've had short rain showers pass through. The sky is starting to clear and there's sunshine right now. Finishing up a bowl of Scottish Flake in the Stanwell 29 smooth billiard out here on the deck with a glass of cold water on the side. Have a great night everybody!

Good Afternoon Pipers! Having a nice bowl of H&H Sugar Cask in the Kaywoodie Ruff-Tone... A large black coffee on the side... Been out on the back porch taking a break from preparing me sermon for tomorrow. Have a beautiful thunderstorm moving through the neighborhood, blasting lightning and loud thunderous claps along the way. Two bolts of lightning struct nearby close enough to let me feel the vibrations on the ground. I just wish I could capture them on video. I have a thing for lightning...
