Good Morning! It's 50° with a clear sky and full moon here at first light. The workshop heater is on low just to chase the chill. This afternoon I have to finally make a Home Depot run. Getting the smoking day started with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Don Carlos smooth bent Two Note and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee tucked underneath my jacket. Have a good one everybody!

Happy Wednesday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Wednesday cob and coffee on the front porch. Time to move into the backyard and check on the garden.

Good Morning Again! It's a cool 65°, breezy, and with a mix of sunshine and clouds out here on the deck. Tomorrow Summer will return and we'll get back in to the 80°s. Currently enjoying a bowl of Scottish Flake in the Stanwell Silver Mount blasted billiard while listening to streaming classical music on WQXR in New York. I'm going to read a while and sip the rest of my leftover coffee.

Good Evening! It's a beautiful 70°, breezy, with low humidity, an almost clear sky, and bright sunshine out here on the deck. Currently smoking another bowl of Scottish Flake in the MM Washington 5th Avenue cob while listening to streaming rock oldies. A glass of cold water is on the side. Have a great night everybody!

SPC Hogshead in my Stanwell Hand Made 56 Canadian. It’s interesting the difference between this 1970s Danish made 56 and my new 2019 Italian made 56. The Danish made is group 3 sized (almost an exact match to my Dunhill 3109) while the Italian made is group 4. I’ve seen other shape differences between the Denmark Stanwell Factory and the Italian contract manufacturer. Not saying good or bad, just different.

On their way! Ooooo.....Ahhhhh.....Nice job, Pete! I see that all of the wax came out of the texture. Came out pretty easy with a toothbrush and good old Murphy's Oil Soap. Cleaned all the rimcake that way, too.
