Happy Sunday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in a cob and coffee on the side porch of the rental house. We're packed up and ready to head home in a little while. I'll probably have time for one more bowl before we hit the road. Had a great time in Frankenmuth! Glad to hear that all went well at your son's wedding and that everyone had a good time.

Danny Kaye in strait MM Mark Twain Danish custom by Walt coffee on the side. Moving slow pulled something Friday I think. Ruh-roh. Something in your back? Yes I have been sitting on my butt running the Tigercat all season and not much physical, had to pull line and set chokers uphill and I think I pulled something on the right side lower back. Feels less stiff this morning.

Good Morning! It's 47° here and windy with a cloudy sky. The high temperature will only get up to 52° and we'll have a couple of rain showers pass through. I have to run out for more half-and-half (dairy, not tobacco) later on this afternoon. The smoking day has started with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Savinelli Venere 128 smooth billiard and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee tucked underneath my jacket. Have a good one everybody!

We're gonna get some of your weather around midweek. Highs in the 60s and lows in the 30s. Lows that low are pretty unusual for October around here.

Smoking Borkum Riff, from yesterday's gifts, this could be from back as far as the early seventies. The pouch reads "Imported Deluxe Black Cavendish...contains Black Cavendish, Selected High Class Dark Kentucky, and Bright Virginia"...Stacie had no idea that her dad ever smoked a pipe, so this could be from his time in Vietnam. Anyway, I have this in the Brebbia apple, the first bowl was in a Nording. There's no chemical taste like I get from most of today's B.R., and there's still a whisp of moister to it, likely because of the heavy overwrap on the pouch. I'm sure it's lost some flavor over the years, but what remains is a bit like Amphora's S.R. Black Cavendish.
A step back in time this morning, with coffee on the side.

Happy Monday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Monday cob and coffee in the cave. It's 50 with sun and clouds here. Everything's wet from a persistent rain, which began in the afternoon and lasted all night. We might get a little more rain today. I'll probably find some indoor things to do today.

Good Afternoon! It's 52°, cloudy, and very damp here in the neighborhood, so I'm in the workshop with the heater on low to chase the chill. Currently smoking a bowl of Bayou Morning Flake in the MM General cobwarden and there's a bottle of cold water on the side. Have a great evening everybody!
