I have a couple of tins in the cellar right now and really like the way this blend smokes when aged. I've got some in the cellar, too. I haven't tried any of it, yet, though.
Pretty close to finishing my jar of OGS. Next tin of it I open will be one of the aged ones I've been sent. Probably the one from Charlie. I've had it longest. I think it's from 2016.
The Carolina Red Flake with Perique 2021 was really tasty.

Having some Friar's Bayou in a sandblasted Parker lovat. May, or, may not, be last pipe of the night. Rain all day tomorrow. No reason to get up early.

Good Morning! It's 44° with rain here and the workshop heater is running to chase the chill and damp. This afternoon I have more laundry to do and have to make a trip to the post office. Starting off the smoking day with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the BBB Two Star Special smooth billiard and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee tucked underneath my jacket. Have a good one everybody!

Good Morning Again! It's 39° and the rain will continue throughout the day. I just lit up a bowl of Wessex Brown VA Flake in the MM Mark Twain cob while slowly sipping my coffee here in the workshop. Time to check the headline news.

Good Afternoon! It's 43° here with a break in the rain. I'm in the workshop with the heater running to warm up the place. After a few years of good service, the heating pad that I use as part of my cold weather workshop gear has finally conked out so a new one is on the list. Currently smoking a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the MM General cobwarden with a bottle of cold water on the side. Have a great evening everybody!
