So, my first impressions of my first snuff order... High Dry Toast: good stuff! Bready. Is this Burley based? Thor's Hammer: whoa... It's like 1792 flake for your nose. Dholakia Rose Chocolate: I like this one. It stays with you for awhile. SG Kendal Brown Scented: it's like a Lakeland party in your nose! 6 Photo Super Kailash: um... Wow. I have no words. Smells like India in a can. Didn't realize it was "medicated". I like it! It is a good thing you didn’t order Taxi. “I have a pocket full of snuff!” The plastic tins look sturdy, they are not... transfer to another container.

If it's nuts, I want it...

Also, I think I've had almost too.much nicotine.
And, also, I really like this Super Kailash.

Hahah "India in a can." I like ordering from mr. Snuff. By the time you give up on it getting here, it shows up. Hopefully my box makes it in the next week or so. I picked up some taxi red extra strong

Going with some Polar Prise this morning as the menthol helps open me up from these early spring allergies.

Forgot my snuff at home today. First time in quite a while.
My nose is full of McChrystal's Summer Harvest right now.

Oh no! Stuffy nostril! Tome for a neti pot and then Highland Ice. I'll be able to smell Alabama from here after that treatment.

Love that Highland Ice and it was my first menthol. Charlie sent me some Hedges L260 and it's another heavy menthol ... good stuff, err, snuff! Hope your schnozz clears up for you!

Super Kailash before bed.
Snuff recommendations please! I've liked everything I've tried so far. What are some favorites? Taxi is on the list. I like a good variation of things. The differenter the better.

Had a couple pinches of Viking Blonde. Its no Thors Hammer, but it works in a pinch.
I also make a raspberry lemonade snuff by mixing a tin of McChrystals raspberry and McChrystals (or other) lemon. Its very easy to take and smells wonderful.

I think that Chimo El Toro is going to get increasingly hard to get. I finally got my last shipment in, and Luis offered to send me a few dozen more tins, one that he owes me and one dozen for thanks in giving him advice on what the procedures are for importing legally to the USA...Brian Levine said that it would cost 4 million USD to submit a new oral tobacco onto the market with no guarantee that it would be approved for sale. I told him that, after he had asked me if I would like to be his US distributor which there is no way I could do that....since then he told me that the political situation has made it increasingly hard to ship anything out, and I suspect that some of his shipments have been either destroyed by the authorities or sent back....knowing something of the political situation, I think that he is stretched to the limit. I found an archived thread where he responds to questions about the products of that nature....I have tracked down some websites that sell other versions of the product from other South American countries, but the websites are predominately in spanish....interesting thread, and some people pretty critical of the product. www.snuson.com/showthread.php?8810-Venezuelan-Chimo&s=d6010984c87a21a519d066f3fa1c4525In that link, there is this: cancercontrol.cancer.gov/tcrb...ed10-23-02.pdf

Well, once the Chimo is gone, it's back to Makla! Perhaps my next bag of cigar scraps needs to be boiled down?

After reading how its made, it sounds wonderful. Cant wait for my makla to get here. I've never tried it. Don't get your hopes too high, it may not be your cup of tea....it has a barnyard taste that doesn't appeal to everyone...but having raised pigs and spent a fair amount of time around livestock, I like barnyard smells. My most recent batch of Chimo El Toro is not as consistent as the earlier batches I had....the earlier ones were consistently the same, in the most recent ones, the very last part was like a residual small bit of waxy texture after all the flavor was extracted. El tigrito is available on Ebay, but read the disclaimer on possible shipment failures... www.ebay.com/itm/143107422592Back to El Toro.. from Luis:

I'll have to check it out.
Done with the floor for today. SG Kendal Brown Original carried me through most of the day.
