Earlier I had a bowl of CBG in a MM cob. It didn't set well with me today.

Laying off for the day. Having allergy issues, so it's ice water and Twinings Orange Bliss Tea. Hope for some 1970's Heine on the morrow. Not sure how that sounds, though.

After a busy afternoon and evening, which saw a fair bit of Bosun turned to ash in the Falcon, I'm relaxing with Peterson's Plug in a different Falcon.

JustForHim- Longbottom Leaf in my MM Marcus. This poor pipe has about had it. It was my pocket pipe for most of the summer so far and its comming apart like an old brick wall. Not a big fan of the blend, but I have over an oz left and it wont smoke itself. I added a pinch of Gaslight and a hefty two finger pinch of blending Perique to it in an effort to make it more interesting.

My Yello Bole Bulldog was listed under Pug. Basically a nose warmer, but it works Thankfully mine is neither a pug or nosewarmer, it's about 5 and a half to 6 inches. I have a Randy Wiley Rhodesian that could be called a nosewarmer, and a Polo Opera pocket pipe. But I really prefer the more conventional lengths. Beats sneezing. Finished the evening with some more Orlik flake in my Medico Guardsman bulldog.

Gunsmoke is great. I love Bonanza too. Growing up it seemed like one of those shows was on one channel or another at any given time. May sound strange, but my favourite nap to take these days is when I am on the couch and an old western is on the tele. Reminds me of being a kid, when Grandpa would take his lunchtime nap while I watched tv. Then we'd head back to whatever chore or adventure was afoot. -reflecting and pipe smoking. I feel robbed for not having found the hobby sooner. I think Nightcap in my Brebbia Lido will be the evening's swan song. I love the deep rustication on this pipe.

Just finished watching Tombstone on the home theater downstairs. The audio and video were excellent!
I am going to smoke some C&D Exhausted Rooster in the Stanwell Sterling 132 pipe with a can of Fort George 3-Way IPA along side.

TV Land shows Bonanza at 11 EST, and then three hours of the color years of Gunsmoke, which starts at noon on weekdays. I've now seen every TV Gunsmoke episode and listened to nearly every radio episode. Encore Westerns channel shows old Western TV shows, and FETV shows old episodes of the Lone Ranger and Roy Rogers. They used to show The Gene Autry Show. H&I shows Have Gun, Will Travel, Maverick, Cheyenne, and Rawhide. Last smoke of the day is Granger in the third pipe I ever bought ($1.95), a 1974 smooth straight French briar Hadley Apple with a black vulcanite stem.

Part way through a bowl of C&D Interlude in my Calabresi VSQ Brandy. How do you like the Calabresi? Several people on Ebay are selling lots of various Calabresi pipes, new and unsmoked. Was thinking about purchasing one and wondered what you're thinking about the pipe and the brand.

Emp in the mm bent legend this pipe is my normal morning smoke just because its tobacco capacity matches my available time. I now have two pipes like this since the presti has a small bowl as well. Drinking black coffee and hanging out with mr 3 in the mancave (the garage).

Not to hijack a whaterya smokin thread with old timey tv shows, but..... I remember bein a youngin in the 60's watchin Wagon Train, The Rifleman, Bonanza, Big Valley, 7 Brides for 7 Brothers, Maverick & Rawhide. Not to mention... The Wild Wild West, F Troop, Batman, Star Trek, Lost in Space, The Addams Family, The Munsters, Andy Griffith, Beverly Hill Billies, Bewitched, I dream of Jeannie, My Favorite Martion, My Three Sons, Dick Van Dyke Show, Hogans Heroes, Green Acres, Leave it to Beaver, Gomer Pyle USMC, Gilligans Island, Mr. Ed, Petticoat Junction, The Twilight Zone, The Outer Limits, McHales Navy, Mission Impossible, Land of the Giants, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Adam 12, The Flying Nun, I love Lucy, Father Knows Best, Lassie, Flipper, Ozzie & Harriet, The adventures of Superman, Dennis the Menace & The Lone Ranger. Just to name a few. And we haven't even touched on the great cartoons, but we'll save that for another time. (Johnny Quest, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Felix the Cat, Mighty Mouse, Yogi Bear, Under Dog, The Bugs Bunny Show, Scooby Doo, Rocky & Bullwinkel) Sorry, that sorta slipped out. Carry on... As you were...
