My first smoke of the day is Spaniola's Black & Gold Cavendish, in the Nording Extra apple. Serenely watching the confinuing tv news coverage of the transatlantic kerfluffle. It brings back very old memories. Now thinking of former times, as General Beck said once.

Great morning all. I'd like to thank you all very much for the thoughts and prayers. My new knee spacer feels wonderful, and hopefully this is the answer to the of the right knee replacement. Coffee, pancakes and eggs for breakfast, can't wait to get to the deck to burn something delicious. Thanks again, there is certainly strength in numbers

This morning I sat out by the fountain, reading and smoked The Country Squire's White Rose in a bent MM Mark Twain. What a lovely smoke it was -- a very gentle, mellow tobacco with subtle floral notes that wasn't perfumey. I really like this and will have to order more!

Coffee and a bowl of PS LBF in a 6$ pressed meer pipe. It actually smokes quite well.
Lady Margaret, going to have a look at Country Squire. Would love a bulk blend from an independent.

Highly recommended! I also tried their Hunting Creek, it is an English aromatic and it was very nice. I have two left to try -- Fleur de Lis and Bag End. They have several offerings, those where just the ones that sounded appealing to me.
