Now smoking D&R Two Timer Gold in a smooth full bend 1977 Crown Coachman 215 egg with a black vulcanite stem. Ice water and sturdy li'l floaty ice bergs who snap, crackle and pop is my evening drink.

E. Hoffman's Spilman Mixture in the Savinelli Punto Oro Gold 207 apple, while waiting for a renewed period of heavy rain after several mostly dry and hot days. Sixty days this year broke the heat record for each day, in my neck of the woods. And August is only beginning, with a more active than usual hurricane season being forecast. It officially began on June 1, but August is the month when it really gets going.

Pslbf in the Perkins Calablin. Coke on the rocks in the cup hanging out with mr 3 and the beagle. The 3 yo is a chatterbox and its definitely a happy incessant crazy fest.

University Flake in the MM Cobbit Elf. Mad Butcher IPA on the side. I almost reached for the University Flake, the first time I tried it it was meh but it has been opened for awhile and I have higher hopes. Tomorrow a flake will be sacrificed to the Pipe God.

University Flake in the MM Cobbit Elf. Mad Butcher IPA on the side. Waiting on an MM Cobbit myself, for Lakeland and Shire mixes. Never thought I would give 20$ for a cob, but I am loving them a lot all over again.

peterd-Buffalo Spirit Re- your sig. As in all things I am no expert, but I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night. So... I heard (documentary) that Native Americans did not believe in land ownership. I sat and thought of that one night. We can't imagine it, but to be in a world traveling and NOT saying, so and so own this or that, that we all may enjoy or work, is something so wonderful, yet I can scarce imagine it. That there are people that do imagine or remember it makes me wish for a tad more wisdom. Sorry to open my keyboard-mouth, but your sig made me think and recall.

So I had a good nights sleep, and when I woke up this morning I was feeling pretty good.I jumped up and reached for my Dunhill Canted Dublin and the tin of FM Cellar.Got two steps towards my desk and my back spasmed and I found myself on the floor holding my kneecaps.Well an hour with a hot pad,a couple of tylenols, and some serious praying for death to come quickly. I did however recover. So in celebration, I slowly got up.Carefully sauntered over to my desk.Thanked my wife for saving my pipe and tin from under the bed and placing them on my desk.I then proceeded to smoke two bowls of FMC,and with some assistance, I've been smoking from my mystery blend the rest of the day. Tomorrow I plan on trying it slow first, that carpet isn't much padding to land on.

Great morning all. I'd like to thank you all very much for the thoughts and prayers. My new knee spacer feels wonderful, and hopefully this is the answer to the of the right knee replacement. Coffee, pancakes and eggs for breakfast, can't wait to get to the deck to burn something delicious. Thanks again, there is certainly strength in numbers Sounds great glad everything worked out good!

Beautiful day here in Pinehurst. High in the low 80s and no humidity. Stepped out to the "company smoking lounts" and fired up a bowl of Lord Nelson in the Bent Bulldog...

Andullo in a Mastro de Paja paneled bent Dublin. The pipe club I'm a member of was gifted a pound of andullo and man the bowl I had was ruffffffff. Maybe with a bit of time and a few more bowls I could enjoy it but it was right on the verge of being the first tobacco I couldnt smoke. On topic, I'm smoking psltf in the Julius Vesz circle 3 style 14 with a replacement stem made by the man himself. I've vowed to have one of his rain drops here soon because I want to support a living legend directly since I picked this lovat up as an estate.
