John Pattons Dark horse in the basil meadows blasted apple with a polished aluminum band and a cumberland stem. Mr 3 is still awake, and tomorrows an early day. Then again I'm up past my bedtime hoping the monster will fall asleep before dawn.

Now smoking Year 2002 Wessex Sovereign Curly Cut in a smooth straight early 1960s Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Watching Mannix.

Winding the evening down. That first bowl of Black Cavendish lasted about an hour, gotta love a big ol Dunny Pot! Second bowl was Frog Morton original in a sweet GBD Bent Bulldog (thanks Maggie) Last bowl is Lane Crown Achievement in a beautiful Edwards Billiard (thanks mgtarheel) Still sippin Blantons... (ok, ok, maybe it's my 2nd or 3rd glass, but hey.......)

PS 701 loaded in a GBD prince. Coffee is Komodo Dragon. Have to drive the wife into Houston so she run test cards [she makes your ATM card work] not looking forward to it. Had a heck of a time finding fuel was limited to 11 gallons. That will get the beast about 200 miles. Hoping to find some propane today. Packing the Colt 45 in case of, well you know.
