Going back to the studio with a bowl of RO Perique Series Blend B-41 in my trusty 1970s smooth three quarter bend Peterson System Standard 305 with a black vulcanite stem and p-lip. Shag cut for easy burning is a plus when drawing.

As i was sitting in the Cafe suddenly i heard a "meow" and a kitty show up looking me in the eyes asking for food, the poor animal had a problem in her left eye. _ I didn't had anything to give to her so i asked from the waiter to bring a small tin of milk for my coffee which of course i gave it to her. I wish i could do more and let's hope that she will manage to survive. Davidoff Scottish Mixture.

Not far from finishing this bowl of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem. Up early to get a couple things done. I see some have slept in judging by the small number of morning posts. Guess nobody made coffee this morning.

Started the day with Paul's morning smoke in the mm bent legend with a yellow stem. Started it before the commute, and was able to finish it when I returned an hour later with a puky kid. Now onto bayou morning in a maddis bent blasted ball with a boxwood shank accent. Puky monster is feeling better I think his cold medicine on an empty stomach was the cause and feeding him toast water and a very few grapes has him back to feeling fine. Hes even singing driving his "tractor" around the yard. I love having days off with this kid, especially on probable slow days like today was shaping up to be.

My first pipe of the day is McClelland Beacon in a rusticated Savinelli bent apple with a vulcanite stem. This was the second pipe I ever purchased. It was on MLK Day, 1997. I had just started my second semester of law school and lived in a tiny fifth floor walk up in Soho. The rent was $1,000.00 a month, which was alot of money back then. Today, those same studios rent for $2,500.00! New York real estate prices continue to be insanely high.

Wow! That last smoke burned the quickest of anything I ever smoked. Semois is like that. Well, this one goes a bit quickly, too, but it'll get me to lunch time: D&R Three Sails in a 1980s straight smooth Big Ben pot with a nickel band and a black vulcanite stem. A bottle of Boylan's Root Beer made with pure cane sugar is my drink. Watching Perry Mason.

In remembrance of an American icon Hugh Heffner I'll be burning THE MIXTURE 79 all day. First burn in a Country Gent with coffee. Just finished another in a Dunhill Root Briar squashed tomato. I believe he took photography to print to a new level and emphasizing beautiful women will still do anything for the right price!

Orions arrow in a Julius Vesz Circle 3 style 14 with a replacement stem made by the man himself. Nothing in a glass because I forget and I'll get something after I nap while mr 3 is down for his. The kids an eating machine at the moment he wolfed his way through more at lunch than I did. He'll probably out consume his mom and I between now and dinner too.

Almost half way through this bowl of year 2002 Wessex Sovereign Curly Cut in a smooth straight early 1960s Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Catching up on the news.
