Bacon, egg and cheese on a whole wheat wrap. Ice water is my drink so far. No coffee until my BP drops down a bit.

Just had some leftover spags and meatballs with a salad. Have enough meatballs for a sandwich a little later.

Fried chicken sandwiches.
You just take leftover fried chicken and slice the large pieces, with mayonnaise and some brown mustard, I like sliced onions on it... the breading adds a crunch... really good.

As Marie Antoinette said, "Let them eat cake!". Not the sensitive compassionate type, her. But then, she lost her head. She actually said brioche.

Guess we're having Subway tonight. The Mrs. doesn't much feel like cooking and I can't blame her.

Pinto Beans and Ham Hocks with lotsa onion, garlic, and celery, and one diced chile pepper in the pressure cooker. Brown Rice. Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts.
Before the comments start coming in, my digestion is up to the job. There will be no gas attack in my section of trench.

Hope your stomach was able to deal with the veggies, the brown rice definitely helped. Gas you say, nobody but the animals you take care of and feed will be effected......I don’t think they’ll complain.....lol. Feel well👍👍

Our town just got a Wendy's, so I had a Son of Baconator combo. Pretty good for fast food.

Chicharrones with Valentina hot sauce. It's about 600% of my daily sodium, but god dang, is it good.

Better this morning. I recently learned that nuts, peanut butter and spinach contain a compound which aggravates the kidneys. Those were food staples for me.
