Picked up 2 Peruvian chickens and 4 sides on the way home. I ate one of the chickens. What makes a Peruvian Chicken? I imagine a spice blend and cooking method. It’s served with plenty of raisins.......lol

Sounds like it might be delicious...personally, I like curry and Jamaican Jerk spices particularly on chicken.

Then there's the sauce... There are two Peruvian restaurants in Taos. I do not recall either serving anything other than starchy vegetables in tiny portions. I will ask about the chicken. Upon further investigation, I see one of them does offer a rotisserie chicken for $26. That is more than the $7 or so at the market.

At 9:00am I have an appointment with a gentleman that wants to purchase one of my fixed blade knives. He already gave me a $150.00 deposit using “ friends and family “ with PayPal. We’ll have breakfast together 👍👍👍

Picked up the cash for my fixed blade knife. Once the buyer left I ordered a full breakfast. Two eggs over medium served on corned beef hash, home fries well done with extra onions and one slice of rye toast. Enjoyed two cups of good coffee. I’m set for the day👌👍👍

Gardens coming on strong. Been having fried squash and zucchini, Roasted radishes with garlic, snow peas raw, and green beans cooked with potato and a healthy amount of bacon grease. For protein been having lots of eggs ( trading extra squash for them) and home grown rabbit(grilled, or pan fried in simple gravy). I always gain a few pounds when the garden starts every year.

In about 30 minutes a half sandwich of the tuna fish salad that’s leftover. Will be making more once I go to Costco and pick up 6 tins of Kirkland Albacore tuna......for me the best quality tuna I ever purchased in a can. It’s actually good enough to make a seared tuna in a skillet. Puts Bumble Bee brand to shame!

Ted...if you like the Kirkland brand of tuna...get their white chicken in the can...make pot pies yourself or get the Alfredo mix and put the chicken in that....outstanding!

Walt, on my next trip to Costco I will definitely get their canned chicken for the ex, I haven’t had chicken in my diet since 2011. The most “ inflammatory “ meat you can eat. Not recommended for people that suffer from different types of severe neuropathy.
