Have not decided. Might be left over pot roast from Friday. Maybe just a Spinach Salad with crumbled bacon and cheddar. Could be a Ham and Provolone sandwich. Life has these imponderables....

Almost as scarce Rib Roast. Never see those anymore, either, except around Christmass. |

Leaving around 9:00am, taking my ex wife’s car for an inspection and oil change. Then off to Hardee’s for breakfast...I have a coupon for buy one get one free........egg,cheese and bacon biscuit. That’s 2 for the cost of $1.79......can’t beat that with a stick...lol

Spinach omlette and bacon biscuits. Coffee. Lots of coffee. Up at 3:30 to start work at 6:00. Back home now and soon, back to bed.
Calabacitas for lunch, I recon. That is Mexican squash, corn, peppers, onions, chiles and tomatillos. Beans are a good additive, I prefer Black Beans in this. Chopped cactus leaves are also good in this. They cook up like okra and thicken the dish while adding a nice sharp taste. Just be sure to burn off the needles. Avoid peyote buds as that can add an unwanted dimension or two or three.

In about 30 minutes I’m going to make a mint chocolate chip banana split.....yup...with hot fudge and whipped cream. When your an adult you can eat what ever you damn well please 👌👍

Pizza Pescatore in an Eye-Talian restaurant.
Nice thin crust with a spicy tomato sauce topped with calamari, scampi, mussels and clams. Two glasses of a nice Umbrian White Wine, Santa Christina something or other. Very nice.

I had a long day so my daughter dropped off pasta with her homemade sausage sauce for her Mom & Dad. I’m exhausted to cook anything today. It would have been a PB&J night if not for my daughter 😘😘😘
