Preparing a ripe red local home grown beefsteak tomato 🍅 with a few thin slices of Vadalia onion on a pumpernickel hard roll smothered with Duke’s mayonnaise 👍👍 A tall glass of sun made sweet tea!!!

About to make some pancakes to have with bacon. Just waiting on the food delivery to arrive. I don't want to get interrupted while the magic is happening. The best recipe in the world: 1 - fry up some bacon. 2 - add other stuff to taste.

I would love some Thai food. Some yellow curry chicken, to be precise. Over rice. And some of that coconut peanut butter soup.
If I lived in a big city I would have the local Thai restaurant on speed dial.

Basil and sausage ravioli stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella cheese.....it was outstanding 👍👍👍 Love Ravioli, homemade or restaurant. This was completely homemade, even the sheets of pasta dough I rolled out, cut with a glass and stuffed then folded in half. Finished the edges with a fork for a tight seal, none opened during the 4 minutes of boiling. When I visit my family in Knightdale I enjoy cooking👍👍 My 3 granddaughter’s here REALLY me!

Appears you have that down! I was 18 when Enrico Banducci taught me how to make Ravioli in the kitchen of his restaurant. His son was my best friend at the time. Something I never forgot.

Plus the egg white trick lightly brushed on the ravioli before folded then forked. Keeps a perfect seal👍

We went out to a buffet dinner tonight. I had small portions of bourbon chicken, chicken fajitas, a fried jalapeno, re-fried beans, Spanish rice and cheese cake. I succeeded in not overdoing it, which is always a risk at a buffet. I would love some Thai food. Some yellow curry chicken, to be precise. Over rice. And some of that coconut peanut butter soup. If I lived in a big city I would have the local Thai restaurant on speed dial. I love Thai food - could eat it every night!

I've very little self control when it comes to food.

I’m fine with a good burger or authentic Mexican cuisine. I’ve yet to find a good Chinese restaurant here in NC, guess because I’m use to eating at some of the best known Chinese restaurants in NYC👍👍👍

with caring for wifie & her "issues", probably be brunch afore get around to it. Usual hot cocoa (don't do coffee), Toaster pancakes (Schwan), side of (on sale this week) BobEvans sausage links from grocery store. We don't do any stove top cooking 'tho a "tea kettle" sits on one of the burners. Keeping it simple as possible in our advanced years.
Most likely late afternoon to local diner for fish fry, then groceries etc & get ready for Bills/Browns pre-season exhibition

If there were a food that tasted as good as Daughters and Ryan Rimboche S.J. it would be fattening and i would weigh in at a metric ton.
If there was a cold cereal as yummy as Billy Budd Blonde, I would never have a hot breakfast again.
