Just finished a roast beef, pastrami and provolone cheese sandwich on light pumpernickel bread...chips and a drink...now for a short nap.
Hope you are doing well, Ted and Josh and, of course, everyone else on the Patch.

I had a steak with rice and sweetcorn and some homemade creamy Pepper sauce. Nothing special, but it tasted good.

Just had fried mole peppers from my garden with golden cherry tomatoes. Fried them in olive oil and sea salt with a little Montreal steak seasoning, a hard aged gouda and toasted garlic bread on the side. Coffee now. Getting ready for a pipe. What to smoke next?

They actually care about their customers 👌👍👍 That is encouraging! I will have to give them a visit when in Alamosa. Most corporate franchise Fast Food joints are some kind of grim. I do not expect the staff to dance with delight when I walk in but whey they plod about like slaves hauling stone blocks up a Pyramid, shove my food across the counter in silence like serving the Condemned Man his last meal, I lose interest. Not a criticism of the workers, just the way these places seem to operate. Maybe an Arby's will be different? There briefly was a Bojangles in Alamosa where the staff seemed pretty happy. They must have been brought in when the place opened as they sure did not look like folks from a southern Colorado cow-town. More like the South, if you get my meaning. That place did not last long- too dang spicy, we want em plain cooking here, bub. None of that fancy stuff.

Tried the Arbys greek gyro while in Texas...figured if Ted said it was goo, it must be good....and it was terrific. Lamb was lean and tasty...gonna have to try some more of their menu items...they seem to have changed for the better.

Within the past two years Arby’s did a complete 360.....for years I would not dare eat at an Arby’s. Now, I’d consider it high quality fast food. It’s now REAL roasted beef.....not pressed beef like it’s been in the past. PS FOR 48 hours let’s not hit the like tab, will it make a difference?

I have been eating at Arby's for 20 years and I have never had a bad experience. I think that some of you may live in areas where the particular where the local operators dropped the ball. The roast beef has always been first class. I like it so much that I never try any of their other sandwiches. If I want a gyro, we have several local Greek and Halal restaurants.

Today, between the finger and the scan we had "Greasy Spoon" Miller's hamburgers on the first floor of the most prestigious professional building in Texas. Even the doctors eat there. Tonight it's a frozen beef and cheese chimichanga. Probably a spaghetti and meat sauce TV dinner.

Five years ago Arby’s beef sandwiches were “ roasted beef “ not “ roast beef “.......no gelatinous crap holding the beef together anymore. It’s now high quality roast beef. That’s the difference. Arby’s new Gyro, if made properly is better than most Greek restaurants down here in NC. Everything here is either BBQ or pulled pork!

I don't believe that I have ever had a sandwich from Arby's with gelatinous crap on it. I ate Roy Roger's roast beef before Arby's and I really couldn't tell any difference. I am sorry that you have had a different experience.

I am sorry that you have had a different experience. That’s why Arby’s no longer existed in Suffolk and Nassau counties on Long Island in 2011, before moving down South. Roy Roger’s served premium roast beef at all locations. Now, Arby’s I really enjoy👍👍👍👍👍

WOW...real roast beef? Like they had when they first opened up? Gotta try that. There used to be a small bar in Miami Beach on what was 41st St. now called Arthur Godfrey Road...it was called Lums..had hot dogs steamed in beer...they were wonderful...I was 12 years old...then they opened a chain of Lums Hot Dogs...turned into real crap...so disappointing. Then they filed Ch.11. Why do they all try to "improve" and it always turns into crap.

Was a BIG hit for about 2 years, they changed menus and food quality, went down hill fast. Within the third year of opening, they were forced to close their doors. The Corporation filed bankruptcy a year later.

Moles are mammals in the vertebrae family.....a quote from the web “ the only animal known to man that has no bones is the shark which is composed of a solid mass of muscle. the mole does seem to be muscular but yes it has bones, like he said a vertebrate “.

How do you create such a fine breakfast sandwich and serve up coffee that’s a lot like instant coffee but burnt😜😜😜

There are boneless moles in Colorado. Only here.

Maybe he was talking about the skin growth.
