A Hot Pocket egg, ham and cheese. Purchased a few packages that were on sale. With their new sleeve to crisp them up a bit in the microwave, they no longer give you that texture of chewing on a wet rag. Pretty darn good and a fast meal for me👍👍

Slow cooking a brisket of beef. Going to have the boss round for dinner tonight so we're doing roasties, mash, carrots and parsnips (roasted) and some garlic fried green beans.
I'm about to make a coffee cake with white-chocolate icing for desert.

Slow cooking a brisket of beef. Going to have the boss round for dinner tonight so we're doing roasties, mash, carrots and parsnips (roasted) and some garlic fried green beans. I'm about to make a coffee cake with white-chocolate icing for desert. Nothing like kissing up to the boss, no wonder you have so much time on your hands....good for you. Hope he at least brings dessert 👌👍👍 |

I now need go the the local stables with my daughter's Halloween mask and look for a small horse. Sorry, I thought the recipe said, 'mask a pony'...I need to go to the supermarket instead. Pizza a rare treat and some chicken fingers. I am not sure where the chicken fingers come from as I have never seen a chicken with hands. I have one Almond Joy mini for dessert starring at me from along side my insulin shot.

Moo Goo Guy Pan with hot and sour soup, crab puffs, and an egg roll. Iced tea on the side.
Also had a slice of Hawaiian pizza I cooked while I was waiting for the delivery guy.
Total thunderstorm with a tornado box so we were able to eat without interpretation.

Brisket can be difficult to keep moist. My only experience is in a crock-pot with liquid. Sometimes, bacon on top. That's how I did it. It was in the crock pot for an extra half hour. Maybe that made the difference. Regardless, the gravy on top helped it. Slow cooking a brisket of beef.
