Drinking this thick substance @ 7:30am then off for a test. After I’ll stop at Bojangles for boberry biscuits....I need my sweets👌👍👍 I just looked up bo-berry biscuits...They look fantastic. They are and you can make them at home. Just make a light spoon biscuit, add blueberries and top with a powder sugar/vanilla icing. Great with your morning ☕️ coffee ☕️ |

Two eggs, fried over easy and a slice of sourdough whole wheat bread in the skillet. the "Fried Slice". Extra butter and olive oil for the bread. The worst coffe ever, "Maxwell House". Picked up two pounds of Lavazza Italian Roast for a cure to that problem.

A toasted English muffin with cream cheese and orange marmalade. This Wilkin & Sons is still an outstanding product 👌👍👍

Lunch was ground elk, black beans, onions in a sweet sauce.
Dinner this evening will either be left over slow cooked pork in gravy with rice or a Chicken Fried Steak or maybe a Round Steak Sandwich. Pound it, sear it, and serve it rare while it can still be chewed with my front teeth.

Made a small pot of elk red chile with red beans. Rich, beef stock based roux gravy. Two kinds of Red Chili powder, garlic, onion, Mexican oregano and cumino.
Ladled it onto a Tamale and ate it. It was good! The nice thing about this Red Chili Gravy is that it can go onto anything from meat pies, to steak, Burgers, enchiladas, tamales, rellanos, eggs, toasted bread, whatever you have.

More of that Red Chili Gravy ladled onto a steak seared in an iron pan. Italian made Shells to catch more of the gravy. Steamed spinach. No compaints on this deck.

Had a TV dinner Salisbury steak and potatoes, followed by a bowl of chocolate cake with Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla ice cream.
