Chicken Kiev with baby rosted potatoes in garlic, rosemary and thyme butter along with green beans... At least, that's what's cooking. I recall as a lad the first time I had Chicken Kiev in a Russian owned restaurant in the old White Russian neighborhood in San Francisco. Thought I had gone to heaven! While it is not difficult to make, it is one of those dishes I prefer to enjoy out as a treat. Naturally, no one makes that in these parts. LOL!
I am sure yours will come out great. Please post a photo if convenient.

Woke up to an omelet with Swiss cheese, yellow squash, onions and tomatoes. French pressed Guatemalan coffee on the side. Lunch was a bologna sandwich on multi grain bread with Colby jack, tomato, pickles mustard and mayonnaise. Potato chips and RC Cola on the side.

I'm afraid the only thing I could photograph is my stomach contents. It didn't stay on the plate for long.

Oven roasted and washed in egg then breaded in flour, cornmeal, Curry Powder, Smoked Paprika and Onion powder, salt.
I will save you a couple.
Pairs well with Newcastle Brown Ale.

PS: I wanted to deep fry them but this is a bit healthier for a fat man.

Bet the curry powder and smoked paprika kicks it up a notch. I've got some old Jamaican curry powder...still has its taste even after 30 years...amazingly enough...kept it in a totally dry environment, opened it recently and the smell is just as strong.
Just opened the bottle of Jamaican Curry powder...that smell is so great, I could eat it by the teaspoonful.

First morning with pain I can deal with in over a weekπππ. Making a loaded vegetable omelette with 3 cheese Mexican style and home fries with caramelized onions. I really need the protein. A mug of fresh brewed Green Mountain Kona coffee βοΈ

Takes between 2 to 4 hours but they adjust to the Atomic Clock in Colorado. The most accurate and expensive clock in the World.......Atomic Clock Boulder Colorado

Two eggs over easy, a small piece of thick sliced ham and a length of Texas Beef Sausage with a mound of Hatch Chili salsa.
That ought to hold me.

Fruit salad, cheese on toast, and mashed potatoes for breakfast...it was a late breakfast. I honestly wanted a hamburger but the butcher was closed.
