The dinner I posted above is now cooling off and will be tomorrow nights dinner. Due to unforeseeable circumstances!

Two eggs over easy, a small piece of thick sliced ham and a length of Texas Beef Sausage with a mound of Hatch Chili salsa.
That ought to hold me. I have had the green chili from Hatch.

We decided to check out the local Soup'n Salad today. We won't be making that mistake again. Cheap, but not cheap enough. We could eat better at Jack in the Box for half the price. Had Stouffers frozen stuffed bell peppers and cucumber and tomato salad with feta for supper. Good and cheap.

Some of the frozen foods have come a long way since the TV dinners of the 70's....stuffed bell peppers are the bomb, Ron..if them are good try pairing with Bob Evans sides in the refrigerated aisle, the mashed potato's are quite good.

I hear good things about Bob Evans, but I have never seen it in Texas.

Bob Evans Mac & Cheese is a favorite of mine when I don’t feel like making homemade. Very high quality foods, including all their different refrigerated mashed potatoes......never frozen 👍

Wish there was a Bill Miller's restaurant here...missing their fried chicken and gravy, too. Rudy's and Bill Miller and Willies Burgers is calling my name loud and clear...we had such a good time there. Puppy loved the burgers and I had to fight her for it (not really, I'd give her anything she wanted). Took her in inside with her little carrier...she was quiet as a mouse...nose quivering at the smell of fresh burger and fried pickles. Tally, Fl. has crap food with crap attitudes serving said crap food. What you get for letting a town be college student dependent. Pee all over the locals who support the town all year round. Just another reason I don't go out much....keeps me outa jail.

Peanut butter, out of the jar, with a spoon.
What? Did you think I had class or refinement?

Peanut butter, out of the jar, with a spoon. What? Did you think I had class or refinement? That’s a great healthy snack any time of day👍 Now it’s your fault....... Skippy Natural......mix well, makes a big difference ( it’s not your average Skippy Peanut Butter ) with Nutella rolled in a whole wheat wrap burrito style.

Yea, I prefer natural, and I prefer creamy over crunchy. I have tried peanut butter with a dash of hot sauce. It doesn't seem to work. I think if someone were to figure this out it could be glorious.

Have you tried a peanut butter with dill or gherkin pickle slices? “ Hey Mikey, he likes it “

Crunchy all the way. Now if they could make crunchy Nutella... Yo Paddy, I make a crunchy Nutella for myself and grandchildren for a treat sometimes. Even add some marshmallow fluff. Crush up some ferrero rocher and mix into your Nutella......you’ll really enjoy, so will your kids👍👍👍

I grind my own at the market.
As for declasse' consumption, when I eat it straight from the container, it is with a knife.
