I have 5 2014 St Nicholas pipes. I bought the initial pair when SP dropped the price to $60.00. Then they did a buy a Sav get a Savinelli tin offer and I got the other 3 at what was essentially $40.00 each. PAD? . . . . . . . . . . . man,I don't know nuthin' about it !

Because they make so many pipes in so many different lines, I was curious to know what your favorite Savinelli pipe is. My favorite is my 1970s full bend straight grain rough top Savinelli Autograph 6 sitter with a cumberland stem. I have 14; I can’t pick just one.

This thread screams to have more pipe porn pictures! Give us pictures and not just text!
PS- Sorry, I’m closing in on 500 posts and am looking to make any trivial comment that I can at the moment.

I think I have 25 Savs at last count. The straight pot Autograph and 320 unfinished win for Best smokers. My Punto 514 is the prettiest.

I have a bunch. I like most of them equally well, they all smoke about the same. I guess if I had to pick one, the Nonpareil bent billiard would be the best smoker overall. The one that I like best is the 111ks Mon Ami that has never been smoked. It is just a perfect little piece of art. I get more pleasure from looking at it than I do from smoking a lot of my pipes.

Was looking at two little Tortugas today. One was a rather deep billiard nosewarmer and the other was a bulldog nosewarmer. Might go back later and do a little trading.

Their a good pipe Don, as evidenced by the time they have stayed in Savinelli's ever changing lineup. Enjoy my #673 and have been tempted several times to get another model.

I am thinking of selling an unsmoked WGM meet and using the proceeds for at least one more Sav.

I have some beater estate sav’s that are in my work truck rotation, one is a leather clad Grand Prix....they deliver smoke pretty good, no gurgling, and provide dry smokes.
My Bing’s favorite I bought at a trunk show at an Az Pipe Club meeting is a very, good smoker, and aesthetically quite a looker... at $100.00, it is a great value.

only one Sav. Spotted it at the late Barry Levin Pipe Expo near Boston in '87 (probably the 1st real show as we know of now).
While lady friend covered by table, wound up at Marty Pulvers' table. Spotted an Autograph 00 360 straight grain. No stem. Paid Marty $50 for it, he gimme contact info for Jim Cooke (way before his carpal tunnel hit). Made me a great Lucite stem, even with a logo. Total cost for that incl shipping %25. How inflation hits.

The Savinelli rusticated Venere line has been on sale at SP @50% off for quite awhile now. They are being restocked and come in a variety of shapes. Tempting and under $70.00.

I have two Savinellis, both unfinished. P&C had them on sale for $49.95. I bought a 644kS Bent Brandy. It had a lot of fills so I decided not to finish it, but it is a great smoker, one of my favorite pipes. I liked it so much, I bought another, an unfinished 404 Bent Dublin. There were very few flaws int he briar, I so I finished it. It smokes great, but I like the Bent Brandy more. Attachments:

Breaking News: A nefarious band of mugs & mugettes are reported to be active in the Patch. Not known if their on a conversion crusade or out to get your Savinelli's. Stay alert and be vigilant. The gang is known by the moniker: the 904's.
