I'll have to dig and look, but I know I have a jar around the 10 year mark that was given to me. I'll send with different ages on them so you can test em out and see

I have a few corn cob pipes to give away. One has been smoked 9 times, the other is unsmoked. You know the drill. Considering the total lack of interest manifested, I am withdrawing this offer.

I still have some free tobacco wanting to find a new home. Message me ya bastards (Seinfeld), After a few days of waiting, I could not allow peteguy to just sit there with such an offer on the table. So I sent a message proclaiming to be the bastard (Not a far stretch if I may say so myself. ) peteguy was looking for and the rest is history: This is a note to say thank you Peteguy ...... Why you might ask? Well...... He sent me four blends in these fancy silver packets and a cob.... Very nice in and of itself..... Then I looked at the writings on these packets and said Peteguy has been paying attention to my posts... Here we go....... Watch City - Deluxe Crumb Cut.... . I have never tried this blends before or any from Watch City (The last bit is quite sad actually).... I have heard great things about this tobacco and will explore further. Gawith, Hoggarth & Co. - Black & Brown......I have never tried this one either, though I have heard good reports on this blend as well. Balkan Sasieni 1980s.. Balkan Sasieni is one of my go to Balkans, yet I have not had the pleasure of trying the 1980s version. Come to think of it, I have never smoked any tobacco with this amount of age (The oldest blends I have tried or owned were around 25 years.). This is awesome. McClelland - Blackwoods Flake..2008!! Ok..... I know the blend and believe I have smoked Blackwoods Flake before, though I am not 100% certain. In any case, I can say that the sample/tin (I think) I tried was not this well aged. Oh I have no doubt this will be another real treat, with the McClelland Virginias so ripe for the smoking. And to top it all off a Cob, very nice touch and much appreciated along with the other samplers.
I am speechless... Peteguy, I thank you for sending me not just tobacco but some real fine examples of excellent blends and the cob. They will be enjoyed in great big puffs....

I have a few ounces of WCC Old Black Magic. I feel like I am smoking vinegar tobacco. I have kept it in a ball jar. It hasn’t mellowed out. I will send it to anyone in the continental US. Message me if you want it.

Recently I posted that I had some WCC Old Black Magic for anyone who may want it. Goldbrick responded that he would try it. Today I received a package from this kind gentleman, containing blends of Balkan and English mixtures. I was struck by how nicely it was wrapped in paper covering the box, with beautiful handwriting addressing the package to me. I am very grateful for his act of kindness. Thank you Herb!

I found this post only seconds ago...you're more than welcome, Mark, all I did was package and label the tobacco. My wife has the wrapping skills and the good handwriting too. If that was my handwriting the package might have ended up at trailbosses house. I hope there's something in there that hits the spot for you.

I got most of a full tin of hu makhuwa free to a good home. It’s just not for me nothing wrong with it it’s a great smoke just not doing much for me so I’d like to offer it up to someone that wants to try it. From tobacco reviews. “ The Makhuwa – a good and medium-strong burley blend. Strong and chocolaty Malawi burley forms the basis for this blend, mixed with a little red Virginia, Louisiana perique and a Virginia/white burley cube cut. Wonderfully spicy, sweet and slightly nutty nuances in taste are characteristics of the Makhuwa. The Makhuwa – a robust, nutty and spicy mixture for fans of individuated blends” I forgot to mention it’s a 100 gram paint can style tin.

Great gesture though.

Because we have several NEW pipe smokers here. And in the spirit of the holidays. I would like those of you, who are new to the hobby. And that live within the U.S. Sorry to those to the north, south and elsewhere. Send me a PM. Tell me what you may have been wanting to try or a type you have never had. I will go dig around in my cellar and see what I can come up with. I responded to this over two years ago and the box I received started me on my journey though the pipe tobacco world. That was not the only box that isett2860 sent me. I was just remembering the first of many great members who so kindly reached out to me.

Thanks to trailboss once again for a generous gift of Aperitif (a personal favorite) and an aged tin of Nightcap that I'm also very excited to try!
