Currently listening to a bit of Damien Rice.
Some of his music is tuneless (IMO), but other songs are melodious masterpieces. Thankfully there are much more of the latter than the former.

Smoking some Casey Jones' and blasting the new Judas Priest record in the company of old friends. I have one heck of a drunk on, for sure, but that does not change the fact that this is an incredible album. Nothing better than your ragged old heroes bringing it back with dignity and virility well beyond their years. Love these guys. I really hope they tour through my neck of the woods soon.

Listened to these in this order earlier "tonight":  This AF Gold CD sounds excellent. Also, the album ain't bad either.  This is Mike Oldfield - Crises. It's the first pressing West German CD and is the one I highly recommend you buy. The remaster is not as dynamic as this one, IMO. The production on this album is fantastic, and Maggie Riley''s and Jon Anderson's vocals are phenomenal on here! |
