Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, I Love You! I have never been able to watch more than a few seconds of this movie. I don't understand why it was made. it is worth watching just to see the amazing physical comedy Dick Van Dyke does. The man has no bones!!! I heard it said that the producers wanted to duplicate the acclaim that Mary Poppins got. The movies are similar in vein, and not just because both are musicals, but CCBB has a darker edge. Maybe if they had managed to get Julie Andrews to play Truly, they might have accomplished it, but that didn't happen. We enjoy the music and watching Dick Van Dyke imitate a rag doll to perfection.

well, i found the smoking shack I want, lol I think I might want it a little larger, but this general design Nice! I've been imagining a more utilitarian model; a 6'x8' Lean-to style with one window and door. I'm having a bit of a problem with my social, fashion, and menu adviser, who doesn't at all see the need for such a shed. Said adviser also prohibits smoking in the house, so I'm working on the cognitive dissonance of the whole issue. So far, I'm getting nowhere. Perhaps I should present the more attractive shed option? somehow i think that if she goes for it, it will no longer be for smoking, lol

well, i found the smoking shack I want, lol I think I might want it a little larger, but this general design I think they are used everywhere, but around here we see a lot of these small little booth shaped structures at the end of long driveways. They are used as a shelter for the kids to wait for the school bus when it is difficult to see the road from the living room. I don't doubt that some smoking goes on in them. lol, indeed!

Feeling rough all day today...trying to make it until bed time...looks like bed time is sooner than I thought...life gets tough when you get old.

The best pizza I had in the South 👍👍👍 We have a NY Eye-talian joint in Taos which serves a thin crust cheese and tomato sauce pie topped with clams, shrimp, calamari and mussels. It is pricey but man is that ever a great pizza pie!

That's great work there, buddy. It looks fantastic. Nice paint job too. For what it's worth, I hate image hosting sites. I hate all the ads that are everywhere, so I signed up to a free WordPress account. You can upload photos onto that (as if you're going to use them on the website which I haven't created) and when you click on the photo in the media library and click 'edit' there's a URL that you can copy and then paste into the forum (in the insert picture button) and the photo gets embedded into the forum post. Works for me.

Mighty strange day it has been...but thankful for the opportunity to enjoy it...strangeness and all. (It is just in my head)
Smokin and eating pie before the big meal...strange indeed!
