Feeling OK this morning except for being stranded. Not that I was going anywhere anyway. ☹️ I could ride the trike if I had anywhere to go. It's 44 and the local news reporter is wearing a Canada Goose parka with a fur hood. I usually wear a long sleeve t shirt in this kind of temp, despite what Sean says. Of course I have some built in insulation. Less drive Is that careless driver insured? If so, surprised an agent for them is not trying to buy some goodwill with providing you with a rental vehicle. I don't have any information on the other driver. I was being man handled by the EMTs and my head was spinning. Waiting for the police report. My insurance company has arranged for a car, and I'm waiting for my wife to get home to take me to get it. |

Just got home from the drs office again because the boy developed a rash. Its the "hand, foot and mouth" virus or whatever. The last 24+ hours have been hell. Almost no sleep for either of us. The rash has him so he cant get comfortable at all.

Blimey, Ronv69!! I'm so glad you're OK. It doesn't matter how good we are at driving or how careful we are, if another driver is careless it trumps all our careful driving. And roadsdiverged...buddy, hand foot and mouth sucks. I don't think it lasts too long though. Wishing you both well in your situations. |

Thanks, this is pretty terrible. There is nothing worse than a sick little one. Nothing makes you feel quite as helpless either. Were going on 30+ hours of this and its wearing me thin. But here we lay, me and him, in bed watching tv while he tosses and turns every 2 seconds. Since all of this started, I think we have a combined sleep time of 2 hours.

Aveeno oatmeal bath and then Bag Balm. The baby will sleep like a baby as in quiet and cute.

The little fellow does not deserve this. Nor do you and the missus. I cannot recall if Bag Balm is medicated with lanolin or not. IF so, it might be too "hot" for a small one. Vaseline is neutral enough. I believe that is what is recommended for infants and Diaper Rash. |

Thanks fellas. He finally gave up at about 10:00 and slept until just after 6. He slept with me in bed, momma was with the little ones. He woke up, pulled on my beard, and smiled. That was a good way to wake up. He was like a whole different kid when I left for work this morning. He ate some breakfast, drank some juice and got back in bed with HIS blanket and a stuffed animal. I told my wife if it got bad to just call me and I'd be back home.

At the tow company storage lot waiting for someone to let me get the dashcam, my house keys and other stuff. I don't know if I will be able to get the camper cover. Of course not the new Michelins. I just ordered the license plate renewal and it was 90 bucks I will never see again.

Only because I have been screwed over before many times. The insurance companies don't care they just trade claims back and forth. Don't think for one minute your insurance has your back.

There is a brand that comes in a white plastic jar that smells like flowers that is very gentle. |

We had agreed to spend the rest of our lives together. I found one in OK that I am having shipped down to the local Carmax to look at. I want the same color to match the camper and I want chrome instead of painted bumpers. Regular cab and nothing fancy. The one I'm looking at has the hemi instead of the V6 that I had. I hope it's a good engine.

You're going to love the Hemi, I have one in my 2016 Ram and it will scoot. I'm surprised I only have gotten two speeding tickets with it so far. |

The V6 had all the power anyone would ever need unless towing a trailer. It was faster than the hemi to 40mph. If I can find one with right stuff. That is a sweet ride!!! That with a Hemi will blow your socks off. I am driving one right now in the rental. It actually seems sluggish compared to mine. But it might be the extra 600 pounds with the extra seats and doors. |
