Had more C&D Exhausted Rooster in the jar than I thought, so I am going to light some up in the Butz-Choquin Arabesque 1472 pipe with a pint of Boneyard IPA along side.

Good morning to you all. First smoke of this, so far, sunny-looking Sunday; Old Dark Fired in a Kingsway G2 no. 630; a Stanwell side-line. The shape is identical to Stanwell's original shape 30 and the prefix denotes a sandblast version.

Beautiful, fantastic day! I sat out reading while hubby worked in the yard I started my smoking evening at about 5pm.
First off I tried a blend of Old Joe Krantz and Star of the East Gold (recommended by a friend) in a MM Country Gent, sipping water.
Next I had Belmont Station in a MM Twain, still sipping water.
I followed that up with Cockstrong in a MM apple Diplomat, water on the side.
We stopped for dinner -- Bean Soup, then went back outside and lit a fire in the fire pit.
I lit up some Klompen Kloggen in a MM Twain, sipping some Hobgoblin Dark English Ale.
Next was some Balkan Sterling in a MM Country Gent.
Then I had Royal London Dock in a MM apple Diplomat
I finished up with Roll Cake in a MM 5th Avenue Diplomat and also finished off the Hobgoblin.
Had a lovely view today
Ye Gods, M'Lady, that's impressive. You don't sleep much, do you..? 'Klompen Kloggen'... What a great-sounding name. Dutch, isn't it..? "Had a lovely view today ". I love gardening. I can sit on a verandah and look at it for hours.

Unfortunately, it’s gone forever. I have about 5 ounces jarred for the future. It’s great fresh and cannot imagine what it will be like in ten years. I’ve heard Acadian Gold is amazing too.

RYO...GH Bob's Chocolate Flake (wonderful!) & cup O joe under an overcast breezeless sky...
My rotation has steered squarely into the Lakeland lane of late... I routinely find myself becoming non-plus and bored with Virginia and Burley blends and need to turn a sharp corner into other genres for a while before returning for another round of VaPers/VaBurs/Lats and straight Va's....
