I sent a message to 4 noggins and never heard back. I prefer not to call them. Has anyone had any experience with the email/message feature on their website with the new owners?

They always respond quickly to email, do you have the right address: 4noggins.social@gmail.com
or you can message them through there Facebook page as well!

I've bought from the new owner two times since he's taken over. Lots of emails letting me know what's going on. My orders were packed well and shipped fast. I was pretty pleased. The past few years 4noggins has probably been my number two place to use right behind Smoking Pipes.

1). Smoking Pipes 2). Mars Cigars For me personally Mars cigar had been flawless on tobacco orders for me but I bought a Corona old boy lighter that wouldn’t work. Back and forth three times at my expense while they tried to get it to work... claimed it worked fine for them, never would for me... after two months, I got a refund on the purchase, and I had to eat it on all the shipping costs, no offer to make it right. Crappy communication throughout (none on their part) I had to initiate all the updates, they acted like they wanted me to forget about it. It put them on my do not buy list. thebriarpatchforum.com/thread/1854/mars-cigars-less-impressed

What makes the difference is how companies react when things go wrong.
