Bombay Martini with two olives. One green, one black. Shaken and poured.
The weather is cooling and soon it will be time to say "Farewell" to that cool, clear Summer drink and return to the Soul of Winter- Bourbon Whiskey. There is little else which can brighten, straighten and generally improve cold, dark Winter afternoons and evenings other than Bourbon. 100 proof, at least. As Raylan Givens' remarked, "It tastes like sunshine". I begin to grasp why the flask in the pocket.

Currently diet coke while I start working on my sermon for Sunday night. I normally start these on Monday, but this week has been hectic. I hate leaving things this late.
