Take your time shoveling the snow. My friend from Long Island stated he got 5โ, his wife immediately got on the phone and told me โ he wishes โ.....no joke....I laughed until coffee shot out my nose๐๐๐๐๐ We got about 6-7 inches. No exaggeration๐ Thatโs what they all say......lol Seriously, this is early for snow, hope itโs not a rough Winter for you. Now relax and enjoy a few of your favorite pipes and cigars. Enjoy the rest of your day๐๐๐

A beer after shoveling snow for 3 hours, both houses sounds like you'd need more than 1.

Had a wee dram of Famous Grouse. Famous Grouse is my go to whiskey while barbecuing ribs or burgers or hot sausage. I used to drink beer, but beer is a no-no for me as a diabetic, being a super carb. Spirits on the other hand have no glycemic effect and in fact delay for a bit the digestion of what carbs i may have eaten. I have mentioned this thing-a-ma-jig I was given that makes perfect large spherical ice. One of those ice globes in a old fashioned glass, with Famous Grouse and I feel that even wealthy people are not having as much of a good time as i am.

Hoping to try their 12 year old this year.

As the sun sets, it will be time for a dram. Planning on mixing an Irish Cream with Wild Turkey. Curious to see how that works. Might be good and might not.

Personal preference, I don't find much that goes well with Wild Turkey. Not even ice. Irish Cream on the other hand, that is a good Christmas time "girlie" drink with friends and family. Irish Cream as the tree goes up, bourbon, straight, as the tree comes down.

Irish Cream as the tree goes up, bourbon, straight, as the tree comes down. Wild Turkey 101 establishes a standard which is hard to deviate from. Last week I brought home a bottle of George Dickel Number 12. After a few drinks, I put it away. The next day, drove to the store for another bottle of Wild Turkey 101. Accept no substitutes.

Could be. A real mystery since no one has been in the house other than me. Ummmmmm.......and that homeless gentleman you made breakfast for?!?!?! He might be a suspect. That I removed it from the cabinet shelf where it was stored and have no further recollection of where it was then placed is odd. I am usually diligent about keeping track of tools and such. Very odd, indeed.
