Just got stranded in the shed with a pipeful of HH Vintage Syrian. If I knew rain was going to set in, I would have grabbed another pipe. I did cut up some Oak boards that I made out of this years firewood to carve some tampers though. Before I went out I was going through my tobacco. It looks like Blood Red Moon and Militia are going to be thrown into my rotation. The seals on both tins apparently weren't sealed. I didnt plan on smoking these yet I'm out of jars to store them and if I buy more, I'll buy more tobacco... no one likes empty jars.

I’m smoking my first ever bowl of HU Director’s Cut in a sandblasted Brebbia squashed tomato with a tortoise shell acrylic stem. Looking forward to your review. If memory serves, HU Director's Cut is supposed to be similar to Strang. Can anyone confirm or deny?

I’m smoking my first ever bowl of HU Director’s Cut in a sandblasted Brebbia squashed tomato with a tortoise shell acrylic stem. Looking forward to your review. If memory serves, HU Director's Cut is supposed to be similar to Strang. Can anyone confirm or deny? There are some differences. Strang is bolder with more perique and spice, and the other varietals have a little more strength as well. The sweetness is similar, but not quite the same. You'd never mistake one for the other.
Now smoking MacBaren Golden Extra in a 1983 medium bend, mostly smooth, bottom rusticated Butz-Choquin Maitre Pipier 3 Fait Main with pearl brown acrylic stem.
