Enjoyed a couple slices of pizza and am now smoking Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite stem. Jim, Have you tried both RR matches? I only have Sutliff's, which is superb. If you have, what did you think of Lane's? The Lane version is pretty good, and I can recommend it, but the Sutliff match is closer to the original, and I like it better. It has the molasses taste I like whereas the Lane version has more cocoa than molasses.

1Q out of a MM CG. If I didn't think I'd get my arse kicked I would clean some of my rotation pipes and although it's been some time since I had a good arse kicking, and more than likely probably could sue one, I think I'll just sleeping wives lay.

MacB BF & Old Dark Fired well blended together ( 75% BF to 25% ODF ) in a Mason jar being married together since 6/21/18
Pipe of choice: restored ( looks new ) Dr Grabow Freehand circa: late ‘80’s. A much chunkier piece of briar then what’s used in the present Freehand pipes.👌👍

Good morning . . . Between the high humidity and back pain, I barely smoked yesterday. Today isn’t much better, but I’m going to push through.
My first pipe of the day is C&D Oriental Silk in a Missouri Meerschaum Mark Twain cob. I’m drinking a can of Canada Dry Seltzer.

greets all from 78, clear Western NY. Should hit 90 so no yard work planned. For now, juice/meds at this desk. After feeding the humans, '06 daVinci loaded in large RadiciRind full bent poker-sitter & continue with the paper.

Well, it's mowing day, which means I'll be smoking Sutliff's Aromatic English in my bent MM Washington 5th Ave. I might spice it up today, and have some STM. We'll see...

Good Morning All! First smoke of the day was earlier..Butternut Burley in a cob. That started my day. Went to the shed...got some things done...didn't lose any digits or bleed, so it was a successful morning. Next up is ...damn, I forgot what I put in the pickaxe by Briar Spirit Pipes...a beautiful specimen with rusticated sides and cross grain on the front, back and shank....well, I may remember when I fire it up...but not necessarily...no palette to speak of.
