I love it! the dogs love it and my daughter loves it and even my mostly vegan wife loves it. What I just now realized is that the smaller skinny package of thick sliced bacon is worthless, Who in the hell can eat just one of those smaller packs?

Bacon grease tobacco blend....” Jack’s Own Bacon Blend “👍👍👍 I’m a breakfast sausage lover as well, especially high end smoked sausage low in fat. Lucky I live close to Smithfield’s Ham, outstanding quality meats at a very fair price👍

I don't want Bacon Tobacco or Bacon Ice Cream.I do LOVE Bacon itself though. When I can find it,I pick up a 10 lb slab of thick cut.Usually lasts about a month.

I like pork almost any pork but I have to draw the line at chitterlings. I'm not eating a pigs arse, Although I probably do when I eat hot dogs, "Spam and "Deviled Ham" but I can't see it in there so for now I'm good.

Bacon is great, especially on pancakes with maple syrup.

Anybody ever try to cube cut and smoke bacon in a cob? It may be worth a try... I'll put it on my list of things to do when tobacco is finally banned and I've smoked my cellar. Gives a new definition of smoked bacon.

I love bacon. However, if there is a sale on whole bone hams I buy them instead. I love a good fat ham. If it looks like me, it has to taste good!

I too am a carnivore. My ancestors did not spend eons working to get to the top of the food chain so they could eat twigs and berries. Love my 1911s too.

I have a passionate love affair with my 1911's but truth be known I carry a Glock 27 for size and weight reasons. So what! I have to shoot an intruder twice with the .40, I reload so I'm good.

Anyone ever make their own bacon?
I've done a few and all with great results.

Since it is just me, I cook bacon in a skillet. When my restaurant was operational, on sheet pans in the oven. That is my preferred method.
Ham? years back, I called in an air-cured Tennessee Ham strike here. Oh, they got the Ham down in Tennessee. Naturally, that required a substantial flow of scratch biscuits. Gained about ten pounds that winter. It was all from watching the movie, "Rise of the Southern Biscuit". I recommend that movie.
Sausage? Can't decide if links are better than patties. So, I have to keep up the research.
Spam will do in a pinch.

Count me in as a bacon lover...
Except for Golden Corral buffet’s.
They overcook it and then throw it in a drum of grease for a week...
I reckon it helps keep the cost down on bacon buying though.
That was first and last time eating there.

That was first and last time eating there. The food they serve is NOT fit for human consumption! But hey, some people drool while eating their. Back on Long Island I went to a GC for dinner with a bunch of guys, it was like they were eating gourmet cuisine 😝😜😝😜😝😜

Just bought myself a packet... Mmmmm Paddy, don’t forget to cook it first👍 Here at the supermarkets you can purchase beef or turkey jerky. Last week I noticed a few different bacon jerky brands, next time I’m going to give one a try!! Looked very lean in fat.

I love bacon and seeing that we have all kinds of Ben&Jerry tobaccos, vanilla, honey, grape, rose petals, oranges and what have we; why can't we have bacon, garlic and parmesan tobaccos as well..?
Count me in.

When I worked in the meat business in the 80’s, 15 pounds of Farmers brand hickory smoked bacon only costed me $10.... the nice thing about that, I could buy bacon that ranged in slices per pound... 8/10 10/12. 14/16 I ate a lot of bacon then.
Nowadays if I don’t get it at Costco, I head to the deli counter, the price is cheaper, and the quality is much better than the prepackaged ones that are now sold in 12 oz packages instead of 16 Oz of yesteryear.... the prepackaged ones hide a lot of fatty bacon.
I cook my bacon really slow, it cooks the fat down to perfection.

The Hyatt senior retirement facility in Monterey California would cook the breakfast sausage links on a sheet pan in a convection oven.... man them were good, a bit crisp on the outside, and juicy inside....but then again, all the food at that place was pretty fantastic.

Everything is better with bacon. Sausage is OK but given a choice it’s bacon. JMHO!
