Been puffing on a Kong mini pipe of Golden Virginia & a Kong bent hardwood poker of my night mix dregs. I have a Royal Dutch mini cigar & I will try & grab a late Trunch to eat. God gifted me with two golden cocky gerbils, archetypal lemmings from the Steppes , I have two well fed young silvery lady gerbils for them to party with in my little animal sanctuary. My little five year old niece is on school holiday & had fun amongst the pet shop animals, feeding the piranha like koi carp. My niece wanted call our little chappies Tom & Dave but I suggested Paul & Ringo & I am after some gold fish for the ponds & perhaps I will name one of them after Pete Best the 5th Beatle. Saving up now for Christmas, no more pipes to buy but stocking up with some cheap HU Bulk tobacco for my Latakia & Perique blends, some honey & maple syrup & Angel herbs & spirits. I will try & persevere with whittling some pipes. Have a nice day folks & fair pilgrims.

Haddo's Delight in a Savinelli Spring 320KS. Jim, post everything. Most, if not all, of us enjoy seeing what you're smoking. Such a wide variety of blends is very interesting reading.

John, I was fascinated by the history of Lorus & Brothers of Richmond who closed in 1974 three years short of their centenary, who produce the Edgeworth in Jim's cellar. We lost our Thomas Ogden factory in March 2007, & I will light a pipe in memory of Saint Bruno, despite the old school. But Edgeworth that is NetherEdge folks...

Happy healthy smoking folks , fast & abstain... I

My box of international pipes on the left, & my Seven British Pipes to the right. I have sampled my International pipes & I will put them aside for this year & focus on my seven British Briars, I will try & make a pipe rack for the Seven out of some rosewood veneer I have & make a custom suede pouch with seven pockets to hold them for travelling. I am smoking some Balkan mix in my Parker Billiard bent pipe, a rich tobacco to savour slowly with my nightcap of half Buffalo Trace & Laphraoig Triple Wood and my three waters, I will raise a cup to good trade deals with the USA & the World , post-Brexit , especially tobacco & pipe trade deals of mutual interest & Project X , Cheers , Iechyd da , Skol , Slainte !!!!

I am having to much bite from the Balkan, I am whiffing a Royal Dutch, life is like a game of snakes & ladders as Forest Gump would have said, I am back at square one. I am not using a holder, it would be interesting to make holders out of various materials to take a 9mm filter to hold my mini & half corona cigars , another pipe dream.

Well gentlemen, I am on retreat for the time being, to be frank I cannot handle this forum without a firearm for self defence & that is not my way in peace. I will have a half cigar and ruminate & go over to the Thomas Edison school of smoking for a while & perhaps go back to non tobacco legal herbs, or stick to Vapes, I am snookered. It is not the USA over here guys, that is my madness folks , I cannot complain otherwise it would be like crying against the wailing wall . Plain speaking & the plain truth is I am unchurched again & not working & paid by the state & unlucky at cards & unlucky at life, " time out " for now as our Afro ball playing fellow citizens say. It is no use crying over a spilt milk or an exposed hand , to mix metaphors. Like a bad penny I may turn up again ! But I am getting shot in the foot you may say for not singing & dancing in the saloon to the shootist's satisfaction. I am a phoney you see. Skol !

Yep Jim, I love seeing your postings, variety of tobacs and pipes, often tickling my curiosity. I average about 12 bowls a day, but work smokes are all the same and in the evenings I have no internet connection yet. For most of today my posts will read like this: OGS in something (probably a cob while at work). Here goes: Orlik Golden Sliced in an eskimo inspired bulldog by Charl Goussard for breakfast on a crisp and cool morning on the West Coast of the Dark Continent. Orlik Golden Sliced in the Goussard workshop poker in the car on the way to work. Now at work: Orlik Golden Sliced in MM Legend; cup of instant coffee on the side.

Morning all. Busy working from home... which means doing some work, but mostly working on finishing up packing and prepping for the move. It's good to be the boss sometimes.
Loaded up a Windjammer Bing with my own little blend of C&D Cube Cut and some black cavendish. Enjoy your day... and your smokes.
