Love Cholula Original and I love Vanintina. Both just what i want in a hot sauce. Great on anything, but especially hamburgers.

I noticed that every place we went in Louisiana last month had Crystal on the tables. I didn't need to use any so I haven't tried it. Still Cholula first and Tobacco second.

If you want to check out a bunch of different hot sauces at once, then try Firehouse Subs. The always have a couple of dozen kinds on the counter, rated from 1-10 for heat.

I worked in several of the copper mines of southeastern New Mexico and the break rooms usually had salt, pepper, and a bottle of Chalula.

One secret Cajuns do with hot sauce is when frying fish before battering is to soak it I mean soak fish in hot sauce and then batter it. Try it you”ll love it. Also I forgot after it’s soaked in hot sauce it’s smothered in regular French’s mustard. Then battered.

A favorite breakfast of mine is made in a local restaurant. Corned beef hash made from scratch, a couple of eggs sunny side up, a freshly made biscuit, and hash browns. I put red and green Tabasco on the eggs and on the corned beef hash. It’s just not the same without the Tabasco !

I knew you would comment on this and I agree 100% The green is very mild to me. I wouldn't say that either is more flavorful, they just have different flavors. I think the red is hotter, but neither are that hot IMHO. YMMV. We had better be careful or we will end up as intellectuals like Drama. Intellectuals with rough hands and extremely cool beards but intellectuals just the same. You guys do have cool beards. 👍 Thanks

Love the green and also the smoked chipotle on some foods is terrific. I miss the little bottles from the old MREs too. Haha The new ones have packets of generic stuff..

I like to mix it with ketchup and horseradish. It becomes a very tasty seafood cocktail sauce.
