I think one of our ‘patchers said he was on one of the other forums yesterday. I know he takes short breaks every now and then. What about @truculentfrogs? Has anyone heard from him?

I hope both are OK.
I wouldn't say that reaching out in concern is intrusion, but that's just me. Other people perceive things differently...even the ones to whom we're reaching out.

There was no reason for some of the comments that 2 members made. One has a looooooooooong history of “ stirring the pot “! Just don’t want to see the Patch turn into a “ Peyton Place “ soap opera format. |

I may seem "mild" most of the time, but I have strong opinions... but I keep them in check around here because I love this place and all the people in it, and I don't want to see it polluted. |

Those comments against Banjo were horribly uncalled for. I PM'd him just to let him know how much I've appreciated his generous forum contributions. Losing his informative and beautifully pictured posts would be a serious loss. A big thumbs down to the petty party pooper! Give Pooper the steel-toed boot outa here, then padlock the door.
Remind me never to post pics of my $40k telescope, Leicas, Hasselblads, 400 lbs. of pipe tobacco, or $100k vintage comic book collection... wouldn't wanna stir up the Big Green Monster.

Larry, looks like the original post and continuing threads were removed. I looked through 3 pages and in my opinion “ it was properly removed, not just locked “! I too wonder about Stanhill & hope he's ok. Most know me as somewhat learning disabled, at least techie-wise. I just enjoy looking at most all threads & reply only if I feel like I have something useful to contribute. Saying negative things about folks most likely the reason I'm the only one using old ASP...just so for the "memories".
Sincerely hope I've never said anything negative about anybody. I do proofread carefully before pushing the "send" button. (course occasionally ye olde fungers get fumbled & out comes a typo. Comes with pre-historic age ya know)!
